Extremism Everywhere

I think we have the opportunity and responsibility to take Pat Robertson, someone who is a real danger to the United States, out!

I think Pat Robertson is the Christian Right's answer to Michael Moore, only a whole lot more dangerous to the US. He wants ailing Supreme Court Justices to die and asks for assassinations.

Even scarier is that this guy represents the constituency that elected Mr. George Bush.

Part of the constituency that elected Bush ... probably. Represents that constituency? Umm ... no!!

That's a wild leap of imagination.

Saying that Pat Robertson doesn't represent the Christian Right is like saying Micky Mouse doesn't represent Disneyland. The guy prays for Supreme Court Justices to die to further advance the Right's policies.

I would really love to see this con-artist/terrorist get extradited to face criminal charges in Venezuela.

I didn't say "assassination!" Really I didn't! I said we should take Pat Roberston "out" (you know, like for ice-cream or something). Phew, that was close...

So I guess the whole of the Christian Right agrees with and follows Mr Robertson. Hmmm. Maybe not.

Well that's a strong argument: he has an opinion and prays about it - that must make him the representative leader!

BTW, in case you are wondering, I don't count myself as part of this "Christian Right". I just object to illogical and slanderous comments. Apologies if I hurt your feelings.
