Landlords
I don't know if this is necessarily a good thing, but having struggled to sell our home, we opted instead to rent out the condo. With the lease signed this past Saturday we have become landlords! And to kick it off, the tenant called today with the news the I should defer cashing the deposit check until next week. Is this a sign of things to come?

Does this mean you're in the new place now?
Just keep reminding yourself of the tax benefits of being a slumlord. I mean landlord.
