Exciting Times
Some good news to report from our end. First and foremost, another niece has been added to the family. Kelly Burford arrived yesterday to Tania and Steve and is our first French born in the clan (that we know of).
Additionally, we closed on our home yesterday bringing a close the ordeal of finding a new place to live. I believe our realtor's are happy too; we tortured them in our quest looking at over 80 homes. Of course, now we begin the task of selling our current residence hoping to get rid of it before the season comes to an end.

Are the subprime market woes affecting you purchase and/or sale, at all? I hope not!!
Enjoy the new place (when it arrives). We're also quite excited, house-wise, because we've decided to add a loft conversion for a new master bedroom and ensuite in our loft. Went to see a showhouse of the company we're likely to use, and it looks amazing. They'll probably start working on it in Jan (lots of redtape to get through first), but we can't wait. Obviously, we'll post some pics!
